Seamless protection. Cured by air, not by torch.

PU Liquid Coating is a single-component, moisture-curing polyurethane that forms a seamless, elastic waterproofing film on application. Unlike sheet membranes, it has no seams, joints, or weak points — making it ideal for complex geometries, detailed roofs, and substrates with many penetrations.

Compatible with both exposed and screed-protected installations. Specified by Ofixotech for roof, balcony, wet-area, planter and below-grade waterproofing across UAE residential and commercial projects. Aliphatic UV-stable variants available for exposed installations.
