Surface Preparation
Ensure concrete or metal substrate is clean, dry, and free of dust or grease. For concrete: grind or shot-blast for mechanical adhesion (CSP 3–5). Repair cracks, honeycombs, and voids with polymer-modified mortar or epoxy. Remove all surface moisture.

Priming
Apply suitable polyurea or epoxy primer. Allow tack-off (30–60 minutes) before spray application.

Mixing & Spray Application
Use high-pressure plural-component spray machine. Spray uniform polyurea layer: 0.8–1.5 mm for waterproofing, 2–5 mm for chemical or abrasion resistance. Multiple coats can be applied as needed.

Detailing
Spray extra thickness on corners, joints, penetrations, and pipe entries. Embed reinforcement fabric in movement joints.
