Overview

Re-monolithizes concrete. Stronger than the original.

Epoxy Injection Resin is a two-component low-viscosity epoxy injection resin engineered for structural repair of dormant cracks in concrete. Penetrating cracks down to 0.1 mm, it cures to a hardness exceeding the parent concrete – restoring monolithic load transfer across the crack and eliminating it as a structural discontinuity.

Specified for static (non-moving) structural cracks. Not suitable for active or wet/leaking cracks – use polyurethane injection foam in those conditions.

Key Features

  • Bond strength exceeds parent concrete tensile capacity
  • Penetrates cracks down to 0.1 mm
  • Two-component – controlled pot life and full cure
  • Solvent-free, 100% solids
  • Re-monolithizes structural elements
  • Compatible with low-pressure or high-pressure injection
