Overview

Saturates the fabric. Bonds it to the structure.

CFRP Saturating Epoxy is a two-component, solvent-free structural epoxy resin specifically formulated for wet lay-up impregnation of carbon, glass, and aramid fiber fabrics. The low-viscosity formulation fully wets out the fibers while providing structural bond strength to the substrate.

Used exclusively with CFRP fabric systems for in-situ structural strengthening.

Key Features

  • Two-component structural epoxy – 100% solids
  • Specifically formulated for fiber wet-out
  • Low-viscosity for fabric saturation
  • Tixotropic variant for overhead application
  • EN 1504-4 certified
  • Compatible with all common CFRP fabric weights
