Overview

Below-grade protection. Cold-applied, no flame.

Bituminous Liquid Coating is a cold-applied bitumen emulsion for damp-proofing and waterproofing of below-grade concrete and masonry substrates. The water-based emulsion eliminates flame and solvent hazards while delivering reliable below-grade protection at a fraction of the cost of sheet membranes.

Used on foundation walls, retaining walls, and ground beams where back-fill protection is the primary requirement.

Key Features

  • Cold-applied water-based bitumen emulsion
  • No flame, no solvents – site safe
  • Brush, roller, or spray application
  • Excellent adhesion to damp concrete
  • Provides damp-proofing and back-fill protection
  • Cost-effective alternative to sheet membranes
