Overview

Engineered for the sun. Maximum heat resistance.

APP Modified Bitumen Membrane is a plastomer-modified bitumen membrane using atactic polypropylene, designed for the GCC's intense solar exposure. Its high softening point and superior UV resistance make it the preferred choice for exposed roof applications where surface temperatures regularly exceed 70°C.

Used on warehouse roofs, industrial facilities, and exposed terrace applications. Fully compatible with mineral-finish topcoats and pavement protection systems.
