APP Bitumen Membrane is a plastomer-modified bitumen waterproofing membrane using atactic polypropylene, engineered specifically for the GCC's intense solar exposure. Its high softening point and superior UV resistance make it the preferred choice for exposed roof applications where summer surface temperatures regularly exceed 70 °C.

Specified by Ofixotech crews on warehouse roofs, industrial facilities, and exposed terraces — fully compatible with mineral-finish topcoats and pavement protection systems.
