Overview

Structural-grade bond. Stronger than the parent.

EpoxyBond M2 is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy bonding agent for structural connection of new concrete or mortar to existing hardened concrete. The cured film delivers tensile and shear bond strengths that exceed the parent concrete — failure occurs in the substrate, never at the bond line.

Specified per ASTM C881 Type V and supplied across UAE projects for any repair where the bond interface will be subject to tensile, shear, or vibration loads — from bridge deck overlays to industrial floor patching.

Key Features

  • Two-component structural epoxy — 100% solids
  • Bond strength exceeds parent concrete
  • ASTM C881 Type V certified
  • Solvent-free — no shrinkage
  • Compatible with wet and dry substrates
  • Tolerates wide range of substrate conditions
