Overview

Engineered to stop leaks under live water pressure.

PU-Inject 400 is a single-component, hydrophobic polyurethane injection resin developed for sealing active water leaks in concrete structures under hydrostatic pressure. On contact with moisture it reacts rapidly to form a flexible, closed-cell foam that bonds to the substrate, sealing the leak path in seconds.

Used by Ofixotech crews across 200+ projects to stop infiltration in basements, tunnels, lift pits, retaining walls, and below-ground tanks. Compatible with our full waterproofing-system warranty.

Key Features

  • Reacts on contact with water – no curing delays
  • Penetrates fine cracks (< 0.2 mm)
  • Seals under 30 bar hydrostatic pressure
  • Permanently flexible – survives structural movement
  • Solvent-free, low odour – safe for occupied buildings
  • European-certified (CE / WRAS-compatible)

Applications

Where this product is used

Six typical site applications where our crews specify this product.

🏗️

Basement walls

Sealing live water ingress through cracks, cold joints, and tie-rod holes.

🚇

Tunnels & shafts

Stopping infiltration in metro, utility, and infrastructure tunnels under groundwater pressure.

⬇️

Lift pits

Permanently sealing leaks below the lowest occupied level where conventional repairs fail.

🧱

Retaining walls

Crack injection in basement retaining walls and soldier-pile shoring systems.

💧

Below-ground tanks

Sealing leaks in water tanks, sewage treatment, and storm-water retention chambers.

🔌

Pipe penetrations

Annular gap sealing around service penetrations through external walls and slabs.
