Overview

High-strength carbon. Engineered for retrofit.

CFRP Strengthening Fabric is the unidirectional carbon-fibre reinforcement specified for externally bonded reinforcement (EBR) of concrete, masonry, and timber structures. Tensile strength exceeds 3300 MPa — roughly ten times that of structural steel at a fraction of the dead-load impact.

Installed via wet lay-up with structural saturating epoxy. Supplied in 200–600 g/m² areal weights and 300 / 500 mm roll widths to match engineer-of-record specifications under EN 1504-4 and ACI 440.2R.

Key Features

  • Tensile strength ≥ 3300 MPa
  • Modulus of elasticity ≥ 230 GPa
  • Light weight — minimal added dead load
  • Corrosion-immune — does not rust like steel
  • Thin profile — does not reduce headroom
  • Wet lay-up with structural saturating epoxy
