Overview

Cast in once. Seals forever.

PVC Waterstop is an extruded plasticized PVC waterstop profile cast into the concrete during pour to permanently seal construction and expansion joints. Available in centre-bulb (for expansion joints) and flat-section (for construction joints) profiles, in widths from 150 mm to 320 mm depending on hydrostatic pressure and joint movement.

The traditional gold-standard waterstop for water-retaining structures, dams, and major below-grade infrastructure.

Key Features

  • Extruded PVC profile – cast directly into concrete
  • Centre-bulb design accommodates joint movement
  • Heat-welded splices for continuous installation
  • High hydrostatic pressure resistance
  • 100% inert – no swelling, no chemical reaction
  • 60-year design service life
