Overview

Built to flex under extreme thermal stress.

SBS Modified Bitumen Membrane is a pre-fabricated waterproofing membrane manufactured from styrene-butadiene-styrene polymer-modified bitumen reinforced with non-woven polyester. The SBS modification delivers exceptional low-temperature flexibility and high-temperature stability, making it ideal for the wide thermal range encountered on UAE rooftops.

Suitable for residential villas, commercial towers, and warehouse roofs. Compatible with full roof waterproofing warranty programmes when applied to primed substrates.
