Overview

Lambda 0.022. Seamless. Airtight.

Polyurethane Spray Foam is a two-component closed-cell rigid polyurethane spray-applied insulation that combines outstanding thermal performance with integral air-sealing in a single application. The lowest lambda value of any commonly used insulation material – meaning thinner build for equivalent R-value.

Used on metal roofs, complex roof geometries, and applications where thermal bridges and air leakage are critical performance issues.

Key Features

  • Closed-cell rigid PU foam
  • Lambda value 0.022–0.026 W/mK
  • Integral air-sealing in single application
  • Adheres to most substrates without primer
  • Seamless monolithic insulation layer
  • Conforms to complex shapes and details
